Inner Tube Help & FAQs
My shower is blowing air and not water. What should I do?
If your shower is blowing air, the inner tube may have become disconnected or dislodged from the hose fitting inside the tank.
Unscrew the hose connector cap and check that the inner tube is connected tightly and securely to the hose. Push the tube firmly back onto the fitting, place it back inside the tank, and screw the cap on tightly.
I’m having trouble getting a continuous flow of water. What should I do?
If the water flow is stopping, spitting, sputtering, or blowing air, the inner tube inside the tank may have detached from the fitting or may have a small split.
Watch the water flow video above, then try these steps:
- Unscrew the cap connector and check that the inner tube is securely attached to the hose fitting.
- If you find a small split in the tube, rotate the tube and re-attach it so the split section is not sitting on the fitting.
- Push the tube on firmly and make sure it is secure.
- Place the tube back inside the shower and screw the cap tightly in place.
These steps should help restore water flow.
How do I know which inner tube size I need?

Does the inner tube fit all shower heads and hoses?
Yes, the replacement inner tube is designed to work with genuine Beach Soul coiled hoses and shower heads. Just make sure you select the correct tank size.
Can I replace the inner tube myself?
Yes. The inner tube can be replaced at home by removing the hose connector cap, attaching the new tube securely to the fitting, and placing it back inside the tank before tightening the cap.
