My pump is squeaking. Is this normal?
A light squeak can be normal when pressure is building. If it becomes very noisy or hard to move, the internal o-ring may need lubrication.
My pump is stuck or hard to move. What should I do?
The 4cm o-ring inside the pump may need lubrication or replacement. Watch the service video above first, then check whether the o-ring is seated correctly and lubricated with petroleum jelly.
My shower isn’t holding pressure. Could it be the pump?
It may be. First check the pump is screwed in firmly and the o-ring is clean, seated correctly, and lubricated. If the pump is damaged or worn, replacing it can help restore pressure.
Does this pump fit my shower?
