My pump is squeaking. Is this normal?
A light squeak can be normal when pressure is building. If it becomes very noisy or hard to move, the internal o-ring may need lubrication.
My pump is stuck or hard to move. What should I do?
The 4cm o-ring inside the pump may need lubrication or replacement. Watch the service video above first, then check whether the o-ring is seated correctly and lubricated with petroleum jelly.
How do I know if I need a new o-ring?
You may need a replacement o-ring if your pump is still stiff, stuck, squeaky, or not moving freely after cleaning and lubrication.
