1. Promoter

This promotion is run by Beach Soul Pty Ltd ABN: 66660182025, trading as Beach Soul, located at PO Box 9, Bilambil NSW 2486, Australia.

2. Campaign period / Duration

The promotion begins at 12:00 AEDT on 17 October 2025 and ends at 23:59 AEDT on 21 November 2025 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees, contractors, family of Beach Soul and its agencies are excluded.
• Orders must be placed through our official website during the Promotion Period and not placed via third parties.
• Only one entry per order. (Multiple orders = multiple entries.)

4. How to enter / entry details

• Each eligible order placed during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the draw.
• No additional action is required (no code, no form).

5. Draws / selection of winners

• One (or more, as specified) winner(s) will be drawn at random each week (e.g. Mondays).
• Draws will occur by a random draw process, under supervision / by an independent adjudicator (if applicable).
• Winners will be notified via the email used for purchase within 7 days of the draw.
• Each winner has 30 days to respond and provide any required identification. If a winner does not respond or cannot be verified, Beach Soul reserves the right to forfeit and redraw.

6. Prize / refund details

• The prize for each winner is a full refund / store credit (at Beach Soul’s discretion) of the total order value of their winning order (excluding shipping / handling fees).
• Refund / credit will be processed within 30 days of winner verification.
• If the original payment method is unavailable or refund is impractical, a substitute prize of equivalent value may be offered.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash (except as refund to your original purchase).

7. Publication of winners

• With the winner’s permission, Beach Soul may publish the winner’s first name, suburb or Instagram handle, and order summary (no sensitive data) on website, email or social media.
• If required by law, the promoter will publish the winner’s name and city on the website.

8. General conditions & disclaimers

• Beach Soul reserves the right to vary or cancel the promotion at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other causes arise.
• Beach Soul’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter is not liable for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries.
• Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Beach Soul’s Privacy Policy.
• In the event of dispute, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.
• Entry that is incomplete, altered, forged or tampered with is invalid.

9. Governing law / jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW.
• Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.

10. Record-keeping

• Beach Soul will keep all records, entries and draw details for at least 12 months from the end of the promotion.
