For all change of mind returns, please ensure the following criteria are met:

1. You notify us up to 30 days after the purchase date of the item you want to return
2. The item was not discounted or on sale
3. Item is to be returned in a new, unused* condition and in the original packaging (including any gift box and brown post box)

Conditions of a change of mind return:

• You are responsible for paying the postage to return the item back to our Australian Warehouse
• Any original shipping charges will not be refunded
• Any pre-paid duties and taxes will not be refunded

*If an item is received back to our warehouse and is deemed to be used, you will be notified, and we will return the goods back to you at your cost. If water is found inside the tank of a Portable Shower this will be considered as used and a refund will not be issued.

NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA ABOVE PLEASE AVOID SUBMITTING A CHANGE OF MIND FORM TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT
