You can return your Beach Shower as long as it is within 30 days from the date it was delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
1. Your must have paid full price for your item
2. Your item is in the same condition that you received it - is unused and in its original packaging
3. You have a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase
4. Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery
Beach Soul will not be responsible for return shipping costs in the case of change of mind or if the wrong portable shower size is ordered. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping costs (unless item is faulty).
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or 0400 966 448. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement can be issued first. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item, or in approved circumstances.
Return postage of a faulty item is to be paid initially by the customer and will be reimbursed once received at Beach Soul's head office in Bilambil Heights, New South Wales, Australia.
Beach Soul reserves the right to inspect the product that is deemed to be faulty before issuing any refund or store credit.
Beach Soul also reserves the right to refuse a returned item if the item does not comply with our Returns Policy. In this instance the item will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards (unless item was faulty).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Store credits are valid for 18 months and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Card are valid for 18 months and cannot be refunded once purchased.
