Returns & Refunds.

We will offer to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion if the relevant good sold meets any of the following conditions:

  • Product is not of merchantable quality
  • Product does not match the product technical specifications online
  • Product contains defects or faults
  • Product is not fit for the purchase as described online

We are not obliged to issue a refund, credit, or exchange if:

  • The Customer changed their mind, decided they do not like the goods or they have no use for them
  • The Customer found the same or similar goods elsewhere for a cheaper price
  • The price of The Customer's purchased item is adjusted online or in-store and is now cheaper after the purchase date
  • Exchanges on items is not part of our returns policy

CHANGE OF MIND

We understand sometimes you may not need an item or you might have made a mistake during your order. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item/s to request an exchange, credit or refund.

For all change of mind returns, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  1. You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item you want to return
  2. The item was not discounted or on sale (including any subscription discounts)
  3. Item is to be returned in a new, unused* condition and in the original packaging (including any gift box and brown post box)

Conditions of a change of mind return:

  • The customer is responsible for paying the postage to return the item back to our Australian Warehouse
  • Any original shipping charges will not be refunded
  • A 20% restocking fee applies
  • Any pre-paid duties and taxes will not be refunded

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED

If you believe the item you received is not as described on our website (i.e. incorrect item dimensions, colour, model variance) you are required to provide evidence so that we can investigate your claim. If your claim is approved and meets the criteria below, all expenses including shipping will be refunded.

Criteria:

  1. You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item you want to return
  2. Item is to be returned in a new, unused* condition and in the original packaging (including any gift box and brown post box)

*If an item is received back to our warehouse and is deemed to be used, the Customer will be notified, and we will return the goods back at the cost of the customer. If water is found inside the tank of a Beach Shower this will be considered as used and a refund will not be issued.

NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA ABOVE FOR A CHANGE OF MIND RETURN, PLEASE AVOID SUBMITTING A CHANGE OF MIND TICKET TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

Items are Damaged in Transit

All items that leave our warehouse or our suppliers premises are adequately packaged and sent in good working condition. Upon receiving your order, you must inspect it to ensure all items are included. If there is any damage, please contact us by submitting a Ticket within 48 hours of receipt of the item. If notice is not received within 48 hours, the customer is liable for return shipping expenses on replacement items.

Keep all original packing materials and any documentation. If the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please have the driver make a note if available and also take a photos of the damaged item/s.

PRODUCT ISSUE / WARRANTY

We have a 6-month manufacturer warranty on all of our Beach Showers from the date of purchase.

If you believe there to be an issue with you Beach Shower please first try these troubleshooting steps.

If after completing the troubleshooting steps, your Beach Shower is still not working correctly, you should then submit a warranty ticket.

Conditions of warranty:

  1. The first date of purchase is when the warranty period begins.
  2. Warranty periods will NOT be renewed or extended after a product is repaired or replaced.
  3. You must produce the sales receipt of the product as proof of purchase when a warranty claim is made, otherwise, Beach Soul holds no liability to replace or repair a product.
  4. Warranties are only offered to the original end user of the Beach Soul product. Warranties are not transferable to another party.
  5. Warranty terms only apply to products purchased directly through Beach Soul or authorised resellers.

REFUNDS

Once a Ticket has been submitted by the customer and we have assessed it, an update will be provided.

We will offer to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion and the outcome will depend on the reason for the return.

If an item can be repaired, our team will assist in this process and provide further instructions.

If an item is to be refunded, we will process the refund to the payment method used. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of the goods.

The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return.
